How to change the lifecycle stage and status on forms?

To change the lifecycle stage and status on the contact details page,

  1. From the bottom navigation of the app, click Contacts. The list of contacts appears.
  2. Click a contact of your choice. On the contact details page appears, click Edit
  3. Click on the Lifecycle stage dropdown and choose the stage. For example lead, sales qualified lead or customer.

  1. To change the status, click the Status dropdown, and choose from the list of statuses that have been configured in Freshworks CRM. For example, Visitor, New lead, contacted and more.

How to change the lifecycle stage and status on filters?

To change the lifecycle stage and status on contact filters,

  1. Tap on the filter button from the contact list view. This brings up the Filters page.
  2. Choose the respective values for lifecycle stage and status
