Freshworks CRM allows you to sync all the events in your Google Calendar as appointments. It’s a two-way sync, so appointments created in Freshworks CRM will also be added as events to your Google Calendar.

To sync Google calendar,

  1. Click the Profile icon and select Sync Calendar
  2. Click Google Calendar. You will be redirected to Gmail’s sign-in page.
  3. Choose the Gmail account you would like to connect with your Freshworks CRM account and grant necessary access permissions. After your email account has been successfully connected, you will be able to sync your calendar to Freshworks CRM.
  4. In the Select the calendar you want to sync drop down, you can find all the calendars associated with your Gmail account. Select the calendar you want synced to your appointments in Freshworks CRM. If you do not want to sync your calendar, simply click Remove
  1. Once you’re done, click Save to begin the calendar sync. You can view your synced calendar events in the details page of the individual contact.

Alternatively, if you have Admin privileges, you can sync your Google Calendar from Admin Settings > Marketplace Apps > Google Calendar > Configure

Note: Before you sync your calendar make sure that your Google calendar's visibility is set to Calendar default.
