Freddy AI Agent's Externally Shareable Preview feature enables you to create a link to share your AI agent's preview with colleagues or stakeholders who don't have Freshworks agent licenses.
Note: The Externally Shareable Preview feature is enabled by default for all accounts and must be manually disabled if no longer required.

Generate Externally Shareable Preview
Configure your AI Agent by defining its responses and conversational flows. Once the setup is complete and ready for testing, follow the steps to set up Externally Shareable Link:
- Click the dropdown next to the Preview button.
- Select Open Preview in New Tab and Copy the link.
- Share the link with your team or stakeholders.
This link allows users to interact with the AI Agent directly in their browser, even if they don’t have Freshworks access.
Manage Externally Shareable Preview
Navigate to AI Agent > Configure > Settings > Externally Shareable Preview and control access to the preview link using these options:
- Disable: Toggle the switch off to temporarily deactivate the link and pause external testing.
- Reset: Click the Reset button to generate a new link if you need to replace the existing one, especially if it's known to others who are not part of the intended group.
