We are moving from a third-party service to our own real-time service to enable you and your customers with a stable, scalable, and upgraded widget experience. If you have enabled CSP (Content Security Policy) on the self-service widget of your chatbots embedded in your portal, it is important to allow the following RTS URLs along with Pusher URLs shared below by 20th May 2022 to avoid any business interruptions:

  wss://rts-aus.freshworksapi.com

Who does this change impact?

This migration affects anyone using the self-service widget, who has configured CSP safelisting. If the new URLs are not safelisted, your support services will be affected, as the widget conversations will not loadIf there is no allow-list configured, no action is required.
