Steps to follow if a customer has disabled push notifications and wants to enable it again

- Navigate to Admin Settings > Configuration and Workflows > Web Chat Settings > Name and Domain > copy your account to the Web Notifications URL and share it with your customer.

- Once the customer opens the URL, ask them to click the lock icon in the URL bar and go to Site Settings.

- The customer must select 'Allow' for Notifications, Pop-ups and Redirects and Sounds to enable push notifications.
