A summary detailing context about your contacts or accounts can be invaluable ahead of a phone call or scheduling a follow-up. Now, Freddy AI generates a quick summary of a contact or account on the details page without having to scroll through all the fields and email conversations. These summaries are available for users to access on the contact or account details page. This enables you to pick up from where you left off.


Contact Summaries

Contact summaries provide you with

  • An overview of the contact
  • Summary and underlying sentiment of the most recent email conversation thread with the contact
  • Summary of recent notes made for the contact
  • Quick overview of the deals associated with the contact

Whenever the contact is updated with new data such as a new deal, or a new email, the summary changes accordingly.


Account Summaries

Account summaries provide you with

  • An overview of the account
  • Quick overview of the contacts associated with the account
  • Summary and underlying sentiment of the most recent email conversation thread with the account
  • Summary of recent notes made for the account
  • Quick overview of the deals associated with the contact

Whenever the account is updated with new data such as a new deal, or a new email, the summary changes accordingly.


Actions you can take on summaries:

  1. Save email summaries as notes for future reference
    Freddy AI summarizes the most recent email conversation thread associated with the contact or account to help you understand the sentiment. Click Save as Note to save this overview to your notes for future reference.


  2. Provide Feedback
    If the summary generated has any discrepancies that you would like to point out, click the ‘No’ button. This presents a pop-up where you can add your feedback for Freddy-generated summaries.
