You can port your existing numbers to Freshcaller from any cloud telephony provider. This way, you can avoid buying new numbers and move your phone system to Freshcaller with your old numbers. You can port your US numbers for free. However, porting other country numbers is chargeable.

Porting from Google voice
To port your Google Voice number (US) to Freshcaller, follow these steps:
Fill out the LOA form: https://www.twilio.com/resources/docs/Letter_of_Authorization.pdf
Send a screenshot of your Google account that shows your number has been unlocked.
Send a screenshot of your Google Voice account, and make sure the first and last name in the Letter of Authorization match and your Google account is the same.
To initiate the porting process, send all the details to [email protected].

Porting from other service providers
To port your US number from your existing service provider to Freshcaller:
Send an email to [email protected] with a request for number porting.
You will be requested to fill an LOA form and send your billing statement for the previous month to [email protected].
After the document verification, we will add the number to your Freshcaller and inform you once the porting date is scheduled.
We will let you know once the porting process is completed, after which you can use the number within Freshcaller.
In case of an information mismatch, the porting process will be rejected. In such a scenario we will get back to you with the details and you can make changes accordingly.

Freshcaller provides the option to port your number from your existing Twilio account for any country mentioned in the table above.
- To port your number from your existing Twilio account, send an email to [email protected] requesting for number porting in Freshcaller with your current Twilio account SID.
