You can view the reachability of your campaigns within Segments. Reachability is the distribution of your contacts across the different channels that you can engage them.


Here is how the CRM calculates reachability for different channels:


Email: All contacts with an email address who have not unsubscribed and who have not recorded a hard bounce are considered reachable via email


SMS: You can use SMS to reach all contacts that have a phone number provided that they have not unsubscribed from your business


WhatsApp: All contacts who have opted to receive WhatsApp messages from your business and have not blocked your account are considered reachable through the channel.


Chat: All contacts and visitors who have interacted with your web chat at least once over the last seven days can be reached via Chat
