Freshworks CRM auto-enriches records with publicly available information such as photos, social media profile usernames, and company details using the contact’s email address.
However, in the event a profile doesn’t get enriched with a photo, you can upload an image to your record individually.
Here's how you can change the profile picture of a record. Let’s consider the case of a Contact:
1. To change the profile picture of a Contact, go to the details page and hover over the profile picture.
2. Click on the 'Add' link that appears. You will be presented with the ‘Add Files’ overlay where you can upload or drag-and-drop an image from your system.
The supported file formats are PNG, JPG, Gif
3. Crop the image and set the area that you wish to be made visible.
4. Click to update the profile with the new image.
