The Freshworks sign-in is the authentication process to enable access to all Freshworks products. You will be redirected to accounts.freshworks.com to sign in into Freshworks CRM and other Freshworks products.

Q. What do I do if I cannot remember my existing Freshworks CRM login credentials?

If you have forgotten your credentials, you can reset them using the Forgot Password? link on the login page. If you are still having issues, write to crm-support@freshworks.com.

Q. What if I already have a Freshworks account?

In this case, you can just use your existing Freshworks credentials to sign in to your Freshworks CRM account. If you don’t remember the Freshworks account credentials, you can request a new password by clicking on the “Forgot Password” link on the login page.

Q. How do I update my profile settings in my Freshworks CRM  account?

To review your user-specific settings:

  • Click the Profile icon > Click the pencil icon.

  • On the profile page, under the profile tab update your settings such as First Name, Last Name, Phone.

  • Under the Security tab, you can change your password and set up two-factor authentication.

Q. What other Freshworks products can I use?

The same credentials can be used for all Freshworks products.
