Every user in Freshworks CRM is provided with a unique API that one can use to integrate their Freshworks CRM account with other applications.
To find your API key,
- Click the Profile icon and select Settings. The Personal Settings page appears.
- Click the API SETTINGS tab.
- Enable the captcha.
- You can find the API key provided to you in the field Your API key. Click Copy to copy the key to your clipboard.
- If you want to stop other applications (that you've integrated with) from accessing the data in your Freshworks CRM account, click Reset Key. Resetting your API key would dissociate your Freshworks CRM account from all applications that you've integrated with using your previous API key.
Note: If you have copied your API key by clicking the Copy button, but are unable to paste it, try copying and pasting the same using Cmd + C and Cmd + V (if you own a Mac) or Ctrl + C and Ctrl + V.
