Desktop notifications on Freshworks CRM allows you to receive notifications when you are not on the Freshworks CRM tab. This is helpful when you are switching multiple tabs amidst your work.


To activate desktop notifications,

  1. Click the bell icon on the top right corner of your Freshworks CRM application. 
  2. Click Settings. This opens up a menu where you can configure your notifications.
  3. Click Enable desktop notifications. Your Chrome browser will show a pop-up requesting you to grant access to show Desktop notifications.
  4. Click Allow to receive desktop notifications. You will now receive notifications from Freshworks CRM on your Desktop.
