Customize your email signature by including your company’s name and logo, your designation, phone number and social profiles, thus offering more channels for the recipients to connect with you apart from email. The customized email signature gets automatically prefilled in the body of your email every time you send, reply to or forward an email in Freshworks CRM.

To customize your email signature 

  1. Click your Profile icon > Settings > Email Settings.

  2. Under the EMAIL SIGNATURE tab, 

    1. Type the desired text in the editor. 

    2. You can also upload an image by clicking the Insert image icon. In the Image popup, 

      1. Click Drop image and upload a file from your device or click BY URL and insert a link to the image.

      2. Click the image to resize. Alternatively, you can click on the Change Size icon to resize the image. You can also add alternative text and align the image.

      3. Click SAVE to apply the changes.

  3. You can also add links to your social profiles, company’s website, etc. by clicking the Insert link icon.

  4. Click Save.

Alternatively, if you have an existing email signature in your mail client that you’d like to use in Freshworks CRM, copy and paste it in the Email Signature text editor and click Save.
