Quick links allow users to easily access the links they visit often by saving those links within the mobile app. Account administrators can add the URLs of frequently accessed documents/web pages such as spreadsheets and compliance documents.

Note: A maximum of 10 links can be added.

To add a quick link,

  1. Scroll down to the bottom of the home screen on the mobile app.



  1. Click the ➕symbol. This brings up the Quick links slider.

  2. Add the name of the link and the URL.


  1. Click Save. Your link will now be added to the quick links section and will be available for all users of the account

To edit/delete a quick link,

  • On the iOS app: Tap on the ‘edit’ icon in the Quick Links section

  • On the Android app: Long press the quick link. The edit/delete slider pops up allowing you to make changes to the link.
