Freshworks CRM gives you the flexibility to edit your account fields from the mobile app.
To edit an account,
- On the homepage click Accounts. The list of accounts appears.
Click an account of your choice. The account details page appears.
Click the pencil icon on the top. The Edit Account overlay appears.
Edit the field/s of your choice, for example, Name, Website, Phone, Sales owner, Number of employees, Annual revenue and more. Click the tick icon on Android or the Save button on iOS.
You will receive a ‘Account edited’ message and arrive on the details page of the account.
