Freshworks CRM gives you the flexibility to edit your contact fields from the mobile app.


To edit a contact,

  1. On the homepage, click Contacts. The list of contacts appears.

  1. Click a contact of your choice. The contact details page appears.

  1. Click the pencil icon on the top. Click Edit. The Edit Contact overlay appears.

  1. Edit the field/s of your choice, for example, Last name, Emails, Mobile, Work, External ID, Sales owner and more. Click the tick icon on Android or the Save button on iOS.

  2. You will receive a ‘Contact edited’ message and arrive on the details page of the contact.
