Freshworks CRM gives you the flexibility to edit your contact fields from the mobile app.
To edit a contact,
On the homepage, click Contacts. The list of contacts appears.
Click a contact of your choice. The contact details page appears.
Click the pencil icon on the top. Click Edit. The Edit Contact overlay appears.
Edit the field/s of your choice, for example, Last name, Emails, Mobile, Work, External ID, Sales owner and more. Click the tick icon on Android or the Save button on iOS.
You will receive a ‘Contact edited’ message and arrive on the details page of the contact.
