Freshworks CRM enables you to mark a task as complete to differentiate your pending and overdue tasks from the tasks that you have completed. It also helps other users know the status of the tasks. 

To mark a task as complete,

  1. Open Freshworks CRM. The first page that you land on is the Activities Dashboard. It contains a list of all the tasks and appointments that are OpenOverdue, and Completed.
  2. Click the Mark Complete button on the task that you wish to mark as completed.
  3. The Add outcome button opens the Add outcome dialog box to add the outcome and mark the task as complete.
  4. You can also mark a task as complete from the landing page of a contact, account, or deal by clicking the Tasks icon and then selecting the checkbox beside the desired task.
