Freshworks CRM enables you to mark a task as complete to differentiate your pending and overdue tasks from the tasks that you have completed. It also helps other users know the status of the tasks.
To mark a task as complete,
- Open Freshworks CRM. The first page that you land on is the Activities Dashboard. It contains a list of all the tasks and appointments that are Open, Overdue, and Completed.
- Click the Mark Complete button on the task that you wish to mark as completed.
- The Add outcome button opens the Add outcome dialog box to add the outcome and mark the task as complete.
- You can also mark a task as complete from the landing page of a contact, account, or deal by clicking the Tasks icon and then selecting the checkbox beside the desired task.
