Salespeople are busy with meetings and closing the deals to hit their target. They need to stay on top of their tasks and activities. To make it easy, now you can sync day-to-day tasks and activities to your Gmail/Outlook calendar thereby not missing your tasks and activities.


Here is how you can set it up.


  1. Go to the Profile icon on the top right corner and click Calendar and Conferencing.
  2. Select All activities option and choose the task and sales activities you want to sync to your calendar. Click Apply. Click for the activities to sync to your calendar.
  3. Now you can see the tasks and sales activities on your calendar.


You can also view your tasks and sales activities in My Calendar on Activities Dashboard page and stay on top of your activities.


Here is how you can set it up.


  1. Go to Admin Settings >> Deals & Pipelines >> Sales Activities



  2. On the Sales Activities page select the activities/tasks that you want to be shown in My Calendar. In the overlay select the option, Show this activity in My calendar on Activities Dashboard. Click Save.
  3. Go to Activities Dashboard to see the tasks and activities in My Calendar.
  4. The sales activities are differentiated with different colors for easy identification.
