Freshchat is a powerful customer engagement platform that allows businesses to communicate with their customers in real-time through various channels. A key channel facilitating real time engagement is telephony and Freshchat provides telephony extensions in two ways:


1. Native integration with Freshcaller, an in-house telephony solution provider. 

2. Bring-Your-Own-Telephony (BYOT) integrations with third party telephony solution providers. 


To integrate telephony with Freshchat, please follow the steps below:
1. Go to Admin Settings->Communication Channels->Phone.

2. To know how to integrate with Freshcaller, our native telephony solution, please click here.

3. To integrate with a third party phone provider of your choice, please click on the telephony provider of your choice and follow the steps provided.
