With the Segment integration, you can collect customer data from various customer touch points (web, server, cloud apps, or mobile). This data is used to score contacts based on product events they have/have not performed. 

Setting up the Segment integration

1. From the Admin Settings page > Leads, Contacts, & Accounts > Contact Scoring. Here you can choose to Integrate with Segment.

2. You are redirected to the Segment page where you can log into the account. 

3. Upon successful integration, you will see the authorization screen that will permit Segment access to the workspace and source. 



4. The integration is successfully integrated with the CRM, and the banner is updated.
