The CRM supports Shopify events to be added to Journey emails for better targeting and increased conversions. You can add Shopify coupon codes, add recently viewed and abandoned cart items, to nudge customers to complete their purchases or make new ones.

Adding Coupons to Journey Emails

The CRM fetches coupon codes configured on your Shopify store. To use them in Journey Emails, follow the below steps:

  1. Drag and drop Coupons block on your email canvas, and click on the Configure button


  2. Choose the relevant coupon from the list displayed. 

    The CRM, by default, syncs with your Shopify store and lists the coupons here, so you can choose the relevant ones to be added to your Journey emails.


  3. Provide the title text for your coupon, choose the redirect link, and style your coupon to fit your requirements. You can also customize the redirect to any link on your Shopify store.


  4. Preview your coupon, and click on Save to add it to your email


  5. You can then publish this email and use it in your Marketing Journeys. This coupon will be automatically applied when customers click on the button from the email.

Adding Abandoned Cart Items to Journey Emails

  1. To add abandoned cart items to Journey emails, simply drag and drop the Abandoned cart block to your email and click on the configure button


  2. Choose the number of products to be displayed, choose the card layout, and the product details you want to be displayed


  3. You can add coupon codes to this email. The CRM fetches the coupon codes configured on your Shopify store and displays them here.


  4. Provide styling options — text alignment, button text, shape, color, and border color. Preview the section you’ve configured, and click on Save.


  5. You can then publish this email, and use it in your Marketing Journeys

Adding Recently Viewed Items to Journey Emails

  1. To add recently viewed items to Journey emails, simply drag and drop the Recently viewed block to your email. Click on the Configure button.


  2. Choose the number of products to be displayed, choose the card layout, and the product details you want to be displayed


  3. You can add coupon codes to this email. The CRM fetches the coupon codes configured on your Shopify store and displays them here.


  4. Provide styling options — text alignment, button text, shape, color, and border color. Preview the section you’ve configured, and click on Save.


  5. You can then publish this email and use it in your Marketing Journeys
