This information includes but is not limited to their username, email address, IP address, the page the conversation was initiated from, navigation timeline of the pages visited, even purchase history, transaction status, and other details from your CRM or any third-party app.



You can also customize this space by adding apps of your choice from the Integrations page.


In the Contacts tab, you can see a list of all your site visitors and customers who have interacted with any of the widgets. Learn more about setting up contacts and segments.


Once you filter and segment contacts, you can see more customer details by opening their contact details. You can also initiate/reply to messages from here.
