Create segments based on the related account properties of contacts in the CRM. With account-based segmentation, companies can target all the contacts in the account and send them personalized marketing communication.


To filter contacts based on account properties:


  1. Head over to Marketing Segments from Marketing Automation on the left navigation bar.

  2. Create a new segment or click on an existing segment. 

  3. Choose Related Account Properties from the dropdown.




With account-based segments, sales and marketing teams can identify the contacts that they need to reach out to based on key characteristics like convert, revenue, engagement, and model fit. You can use the segment in Email Campaigns and also send marketing emails, SMS, and WhatsApp communications through Journeys. Learn more.
