Installation Instructions
- Go to the app's configuration page on the marketplace.
- Click Install to begin the installation process.
- You will be directed to a Zoom sign-in page. Enter your Zoom email address and password, then sign in.
- After signing in, verify your profile information. Once confirmed, close the profile page.
- Click Install again to proceed to the Zoom authorization page. Grant the necessary permissions by clicking Allow.
- Enter your valid Freshworks CRM and Freshchat domain and API key. Click Validate to confirm the details.
- Once validation is successful, complete the setup by clicking Install.
Zoom Workspace:
If your Zoom phone number is not associated with a device, installing the Zoom Workspace app on your device will allow you to handle inbound and outbound calls directly through your Freshchat CRM account.
