The Zoom Phone integration allows you to manage calls effortlessly, combining traditional and modern communication channels. Installation Instructions

  1. Go to the app's configuration page on the marketplace.
  2. Click Install to begin the installation process.
  3. You will be directed to a Zoom sign-in page. Enter your Zoom email address and password, then sign in.
  4. After signing in, verify your profile information. Once confirmed, close the profile page.
  5. Click Install again to proceed to the Zoom authorization page. Grant the necessary permissions by clicking Allow.
  6. Enter your valid Freshworks CRM and Freshchat domain and API key. Click Validate to confirm the details.
  7. Once validation is successful, complete the setup by clicking Install.

Zoom Workspace:
If your Zoom phone number is not associated with a device, installing the Zoom Workspace app on your device will allow you to handle inbound and outbound calls directly through your Freshchat CRM account.
