Transferring account admin privileges of your Freshsales account from one user to another should be done keeping in mind add-ons that have been assigned to the user. If you’re in the process of transitioning a user from the role of an account admin, follow these steps to ensure that the add-on licenses are available to be re-assigned to another user.

  

  1. Go to Admin Settings > Roles and identify the role for which the CPQ license has been enabled. 

  2. Select the user. This opens the user details page.
  3. Reassign your current account admin from the role with the CPQ license enabled to a role for which CPQ licenses are disabled.

  4. Now, add the new user and assign the role of account admin. This helps ensure that the freed-up license is reassigned to the new user.
