Transferring account admin privileges of your Freshsales account from one user to another should be done keeping in mind add-ons that have been assigned to the user. If you’re in the process of transitioning a user from the role of an account admin, follow these steps to ensure that the add-on licenses are available to be re-assigned to another user.
- Go to Admin Settings > Roles and identify the role for which the CPQ license has been enabled.
- Select the user. This opens the user details page.
- Reassign your current account admin from the role with the CPQ license enabled to a role for which CPQ licenses are disabled.
- Now, add the new user and assign the role of account admin. This helps ensure that the freed-up license is reassigned to the new user.
