Installation Steps

Step 1: Access the Integration in Freshchat

  1. Log in to your Freshchat account as an Admin.

  2. Navigate to the Marketplace from the sidebar menu.

  3. Use the search bar to find the Assembled Integration app.

Step 2: Install the App

  1. Select the Assembled Integration app from the search results.

  2. Click Install to proceed.

Step 3: Authenticate Accounts

  1. Enter your Freshchat API Key. You can find this in your Freshchat settings under API Configuration.

  2. Provide your Assembled credentials to complete authentication.

Step 4: Configure Permissions

  1. Grant the necessary permissions to allow data syncing between Freshchat and Assembled.

  2. Ensure both platforms can access required fields such as conversation data, agent profiles, and status information.

Step 5: Customize Sync Preferences

  1. Select the data you wish to sync:

    • Conversations

    • Agent Details

    • Agent Statuses

  2. Map fields between Freshchat and Assembled to ensure accurate data transfer.

Step 6: Save and Activate

  1. Review your settings and confirm the configuration.

  2. Click Save and activate the integration.
