Set up a workflow to send emails to contact, deal, and account teams when a condition is matched. This is particularly useful when a group of users/specific individuals working together on a deal, account, or contact need to be informed about changes over an email.
Note: Please ensure that contact/ deal/account teams are set up in your CRM account for using this action in workflows. You can follow the instructions here.
Use Cases:
1. Send an email to notify deal team members once a deal is won.
2. Send an email to the solution engineering team member when a deal is moved to the Demo stage.
Here’s how you can set it up:
You can create a new workflow for the Deal (or Account/Contact) module to set up the workflow.
Select the action as Send email to Deal (or Account/Contact) team.
Click on the Configure email option.
Here, you can choose the email template that will be triggered upon execution of the workflow.
You can also choose to send the email to all deal team members or choose the job titles of users who will receive the email.
You can also add other users in CC and BCC.
Click save and enable the workflow.

The emails sent as part of the workflow will be part of the email limits defined for emails to the owner in this article.
