The Easyship app is designed to streamline your shipping process by integrating Easyship's powerful features into your Freshchat inbox.

Installation
Enter your Easyship API Access Token
To get this, log into your Easyship account. Navigate to Connect -> New Integration and select API Integration. Give your new integration a name and click Connect.
Once you've entered this, you're all set! The Easyship app is now installed and ready to use in your Freshchat inbox.
User Flow
The Easyship app is designed to be intuitive and easy to use. Here's how it works:
Get Order Details
To get the order details of a customer, you'll need their Tracking ID. Once you have this, the app will automatically fetch the order details from Easyship.
- View Order Information
Each order will display the following information from Easyship: Order ID, Delivery status, Shipment ID, Estimated Delivery Date, Tracking number, and Shipping Updates. This information is readily available in your Freshchat inbox, making it easy to keep track of each order's status.
