Email Conversation Summarizer help agents generate a summary of the entire email conversation. Saves time as the agents do not have to write a separate summary, improving the chances of resolving the issue in a timely and efficient manner

HOW TO ENABLE OR DISABLE THE FEATURE FROM THE ADMIN PAGE:
1. Go to the admin page ->general settings -> Freddy
2. Click on the "Freddy" icon to open the Freddy AI features page.
3. Choose the "Email Conversation Summarizer" under Copilot
4. Locate the toggle switch next to the feature you want to enable and turn it on by sliding the toggle to the right. Toggle to the left to disable the feature.
HOW TO USE SUMMARIZE EMAIL
1. After setting up the Freddy in Freshchat, you can start using the Summarize Email feature in your conversations.
2. To automatically Summarise for email conversations, click on the "Summarize" button option in the reply editor. Once done, a summary of the email conversation is displayed. Agent has an option to modify the summary if required.
3. Once you are satisfied with the summary, click the "Send" button to share it with other teams or the next agent for further action.
Note:
This feature is currently available as an add-on for Freddy Copilot. Interested customers on Pro and Enterprise plans can reach out to their account managers or navigate to their respective billings pages to purchase the add-on.
