To view the metrics of your individual social media campaigns, follow the below steps:
Navigate to social media campaigns from the left pane and click on the View Metrics button for the specific campaign.
The CRM fetches information like reach, number of impressions, link clicks, and interactions for the specific campaign.
To view a bird’s eye view of your social campaigns at large, head over to the Analytics section:
The CRM, by default, curates all social campaigns metrics for your consumption. You can view total impressions, reach and clicks, along with impression and reach trends, reactions, likes, comments and shares, and top posts by click rate.
