For the Analytics module to work seamlessly, some specific cookies should be enabled and ensured that they are not blocked by any browser extensions/ firewall. As for your Chrome version, it is the latest one and we believe there could be no issues with that.
If you get some errors while performing an action or if an empty screen is displayed on the Analytics page, please make the following changes in your browser settings:
- Open Chrome
- Go To Settings
- Search for 'Cookies and site data' and open it
- Either do one of the below two steps:
*Uncheck *Block third-party cookies (OR)
*Add [.]freshreports.com in Allow sites(not only in the chrome setting but also in their private network)
If some issues persist even after making the above changes, fetch the X-request ID for the action that you are doing under the Analytics tab and write to us at support@freshdesk.com.
