Issue description:
Sometimes you might face an issue in uploading the images to the email campaign-"Design" section or none of your imported images would be visible in your file manager. This might be due to the Comcast DNS server blocking the domain on which the images are hosted.
Troubleshooting steps:
1) Please temporarily disable the chrome extensions in your system.
2) Try to switch to different network connectivity.
3) Disable any firewalls or antiviruses installed in the system and try to reload the account.
If you still face any issue in uploading/importing the images despite following the above steps,
As a workaround, I suggest that you please add the Google Public DNS IP addresses (IPv4) 8.8.8.8 to your wifi connectivity by following the navigation below,
For Mac OS:
a) Please click on Apple menu >> System Preferences >> Network>> Advanced >> DNS tab
b) Click on the (+/-) icon to replace any listed addresses or add the Google IP addresses at the top of the list
For IPv4: 8.8.8.8 and/or 8.8.4.4
For IPv6: 2001:4860:4860::8888 and/or 2001:4860:4860::8844.
For IPv6-only: you can use Google Public DNS64 instead of the IPv6 addresses in the previous point.
c) Click Ok and then Apply.
For Windows :
a) Please click on the Control panel >>Network and internet >> Network and sharing center >> Change adapter settings. Then select the connection for which you want to configure Google Public DNS.
For example:
If you wish to change an Ethernet connection, right-click the Ethernet interface and select Properties. (or)
If you wish to change the settings for a wireless connection, right-click the Wi-Fi interface and select 'Properties'
Note: If the system prompts for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation. |
b) Select the Networking tab, choose Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) or Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6), and then click on the 'Properties' option.
c) Hit the 'Advanced' button and select the 'DNS' tab >>Add google DNS server as listed below
For IPv4: 8.8.8.8 and/or 8.8.4.4.
For IPv6: 2001:4860:4860::8888 and/or 2001:4860:4860::8844.
d) Click Ok, then Apply.
