Users can share reports with internal teams using the share option and also configure visibility. Create reports that can be accessed by everyone in your team. While creating a report, you can configure the visibility of the report to regulate access to the report. 


To share a report, 

  1. On the reports list page, click the report that you wish to share. This opens the Reports builder page.

  2. Click the button associated with a report.

  3. Click Edit Title and Visibility. This brings up the edit report dialog box where you can change the report title and visibility.


  4. Configure the visibility of your report. You can choose between one of three options. 

    1. Only Me: This makes the report private and will ensure that the report can be accessed only by you.

    2. Everyone: This makes the report visible to all users in the web application. 

  5. Click . The reports will now be shared with respective users. The users with whom the report is shared will receive a notification.

Note: For users with no access to the reports feature, no report, including public reports can be opened
