To receive calls on your mobile, add your mobile number to your profile settings and set your availability status as ‘Forward to phone’.
To add your phone number:
Log in to Freshworks CRM.
Got to Admin Settings > Phone Settings. Navigate to any Phone Settings option. For example, Call Flows, Phone Numbers.
Click on your name on the top right corner and click Profile Settings.
Note: This Profile Settings window is specific to the caller pages and will not be visible on any other pages (chat, sales, etc.) within Freshworks CRM.
Click on the Freshworks Profile link.
Under the Profile tab, add your mobile number.
To change your availability status:
Click on the phone widget.
On the top corner, click on the status icon and select Forward to Phone.
