Click on the 'VIEW REPORTS' button from your campaign dashboard to view the reports for a specific campaign.
The reports comprises of three sections.
Review:
It has the template and the configurations of your sent email campaign and a preview option based on the device type. You can review the sender email address and list for which the campaign is sent.
Summary:
Real-time summary of your campaign metrics. The below metrics will be shown on the top bar of your summary tab.
Metrics | Description | Calculation |
Delivery rate | The rate at which the number of emails delivered to the total number of emails sent. | (emails delivered/emails sent)*100 |
Open rate | The rate at which the number of emails opened to the total emails delivered. | (emails opened/emails delivered) * 100 |
Click rate | The rate at which the number of clicks happened on the emails to the total emails delivered. | (emails clicked/emails delivered) *100 |
Click to open rate | The rate at which the number of unique clicks happened on the emails to the number of unique openings. | (unique clicks/unique openings) * 100 |
Unsubscribe rate | The rate at which the number of unsubscribes happened among the total subscribers included in the campaign. | (number of unsubscribes/total subscribers) * 100 |
Bounce rate | The rate at which the number of emails bounced among the total emails sent. | (emails bounced/emails sent) * 100 |

Delivery metrics:
These metrics can provide sophisticated insights into your email deliverability for this particular campaign. Let’s deep dive into what each metrics are.
Metric | Description |
Sent | The number of emails successfully sent for the campaign. |
Delivered | The number of emails delivered successfully among the emails sent. |
Bounced | The number of emails bounced on the campaign. That is, the emails could not be delivered successfully to the recipient. Possible reasons could be because the recipient's email address no longer exists or the recipient is temporarily unavailable. Learn more about bounce here |
Dropped | The number of emails dropped or undelivered in the campaign. Which means, the recipient has marked your email as SPAM. Learn more about dropped emails here |
Engagement metrics: This gives an overview of the user engagement towards your email.
Metric | Description |
Opened | The number of recipients opened the email. |
Clicked | The number of unique clicks happened in the sent email. |
Total opens | The total number of email opens including the duplicate ones. A recipient might have opened the email more than once. |
Total Clicks | The total number of clicks including the duplicate clicks happened on the email. |
Total unsubscribes | The number of unsubscribes happened on the campaign. |
Performance trend report:
This allows you to have an understanding of the overall performance of your campaign. You can adjust the date to view the open rate and click rate from the date the campaign has been sent.
The X-axis signifies the date and Y-axis provides the percentage of open rate and click rate on the campaign.
Analytics
Detailed metrics of your campaign report.
From the campaign data, certain default report widgets will be shown.
Widget | Purpose |
Overview | The numbers of sent, delivered, clicked, opened and unsubscribed emails with respect to the number of subscribers. |
Opens by time | The number of emails opened with respect to date and time stamp. |
Opens by segments | Email opened data based on list segments. |
Opens by devices | Email opened data based on the user agent data. |
Opens by location | Email opened data based on the location. The color density increases with the higher number of opens. |
Clicks by segments | The number of clicks based on segments. This widget applies to campaigns that are sent to multiple segments. |
Subscribers with most opens | The subscribers or contacts who have opened the email more than once. |
Opens by email clients | Email opens based on clients like Gmail, Yahoo etc. |
Top links clicked | The links which have the most number of clicks within the email. |
Note: The data shown in the above widgets are unique, excluding the recurring actions by the recipients.
Each widget can be clicked and viewed in detail with different diagrammatic representation. The chart type can be viewed as a bar chart, pie chart, horizontal bar chart, sheet table, and tabular table by switching through the drop-down.
Filter inside widgets (View a custom report):
Users can apply filters and view custom reports of their own. For example, if you want to filter the report with event type “click” and group by the URLs, here is how you should configure the filter.
Applying the above filter, the report would look like below. This custom report can be exported as a CSV file as well.
