To Add domain

A new domain can be added to an organization through any one of the ways:

• Freshmarketer web application
• Freshmarketer’s Chrome extension

Add Domain Via Freshmarketer app

Ensure that you’re in the correct organization where the domain has to be added and then follow the steps below.

Click on your organization name at the rightmost corner of the toolbar. A drop-down menu occurs containing all clients name listed under your agency account.

Select Manage Organizations.

A “Manage Organization” page opens for the current organization. Select the Domains tab.

Enter the domain to be added under “Organization URLs” and click on Add domain button.

Now, the domain will be mapped to your organization name.

Add Domain via Chrome Extension

Adding domain via chrome extension can be done in a jiff.

STEP 1: Open the website that you wish to add to your organization in your web browser. And, click on Freshmarketer’s chrome extension.

STEP 2: Select the Organization for which the domain has to be added from the “Choose Org” section.

Click Add Domain button.

Once the domain is added, a message stating the success will be displayed as below.

To Delete Domain

To delete a domain associated with an organization, follow the below steps.

Click on your organization name at the rightmost corner of the toolbar. A drop-down menu occurs containing all clients name listed under your agency account.

Select Manage Organizations.

A “Manage Organization” page opens for the current organization. Select the Domains tab.

The Domains tab contains URL(s) of the current organization. Click on the ellipsis icon for the domain to be deleted.

Now select Delete and the domain will be removed from the organization.
