Creating a variation in A/B testing might sometimes appear ambiguous if the options are misunderstood. The guide below will throw some light on the options available to create variations when using Freshmarketer.
What happens when you click on an element in your page.
Freshmarketer’s creative menu opens up with all the different actions, that allows you to create a variation from the original page. The menu looks exactly like this:
Each of these options are explained below:
Action | Description |
Add Text | This option allows you to insert a paragraph with provisions to change the font style, family, and colour. |
Add Image | This option allows you to import an image to your webpage. Supported file formats are .jpg, .jpeg and .png. |
Add HTML | This option allows you to add a new HTML element on your web page. Eg: Image carousels, custom menu, and widget. |
Text Color | This option allows you to change the font colour of the existing web page content. |
Background Color | This option allows you to change the background colour of the element. |
Move | This option allows you to move the element from its current location to anywhere on the page. |
Re-Arrange | This option allows you to rearrange the position of a particular element with another. Their positions will be interchanged. |
Resize | This option allows you to resize a particular element. |
Edit HTML | This option allows you to edit the HTML code corresponding to a particular element. |
Edit Style | This option allows you to make multiple changes with text, background, border, layout, dimension and, UI in an editor. |
Edit Link | This option allows you to change the link of the element. |
Hide | This option allows you to hide a particular element. |
Remove | This option allows you to remove a particular element. |
Copy/Cut/Paste Element | This option allows you to cut and copy elements and paste anywhere else |
