How to Install the Recurpay Subscriptions App?

  1. Go to Admin settings > Marketplace Apps.

  2. Search for ‘Recurpay Subscriptions’ within the Marketplace, and open the App.

  3. Click on ‘Install’ to begin the installation process.

  4. Enter your Recurpay Domain URL: 

    1. If your Shopify URL is storeName.myshopify.com, then your Recurpay URL will be storeName.recurpay.com. 

    2. Else go to Shopify > Recurpay App > click on any tab like Home / Subscriptions / Subscriptions Plan, and the Recurpay Portal will open in a new Tab. 

    3. Collect the Recurpay Domain URL from the new Tab.

  5. Enter your Recurpay username and password.

  6. Enter your Freshchat Domain URL: 

    1. Go to yourDomain.myfreshworks.com/crm/sales/personal-settings/api-settings, get the Chat URL, and enter without the /v2 at the end.

  7. Enter your Freshchat API Key: 

    1. Go to yourDomain.myfreshworks.com/crm/sales/personal-settings/api-settings, and get the Chat URL, and get your API Key. 

    2. Generate the key if you don’t have one already. Use Account Admin API Key.

  8. Click ‘Authenticate Account.’

  3. Hit Save at the bottom.
