In this article, we'll guide you through the installation and user flow of the Yotpo Loyalty app. 

Follow these simple steps to install the Yotpo Loyalty app in your Freshchat inbox:

1) Navigate to the Freshchat marketplace and search for the Yotpo Loyalty app.

2) Click "Install" to add the app to your Freshchat account.

3) In the app settings, enter your Yotpo API Key and Yotpo X-Guid.

4) To obtain these details, log in to Yotpo Loyalty & Referrals, go to Settings > General Settings, and copy your API Key and GUID. 

5) Paste the credentials to Freshchat.


Using the Yotpo Loyalty App
After installing the app, follow these steps to use the Yotpo Loyalty widget in the Freshchat inbox.

1) Open a conversation with a customer in the Freshchat inbox.

2) Locate the Yotpo Loyalty widget on the right-hand side of the inbox view. 

3) In the widget, you'll see the following customer details: 

  1. Customer Name: A link that takes the agent to the Yotpo customer page.

  2. Enrollment Status: Displays the customer's Yotpo loyalty program enrollment status. 

  3. Points Balance & Rewards: This shows the customer's points balance, a list of approved and spent points, and their earned rewards. 

  4. Referral Link: Display the customer's referral link that the agent can copy.
