To install the Growave Reviews app in your Freshchat inbox:
Navigate to the Freshchat marketplace and search for the Growave Reviews app.
Click "Install" to add the app to your Freshchat account.
In the app settings, enter your Growave API key. You can obtain this key by going to the Growave Admin Dashboard → Settings → API → API Key.
Enter your Growave API Secret. You can find this by navigating to the Growave Admin Dashboard → Settings → API → API Secret.
Enter your Shopify URL in the format - https://yourstorename.myshopify.com
Click “Authenticate” & then click “Install”
Using the Growave Reviews App
After successfully installing the app, follow these steps to access and use the Growave Reviews widget in the Freshchat inbox:
Open a conversation with a customer in the Freshchat inbox.
Locate the Growave Reviews widget on the right-hand side of the inbox view.
In the widget, you'll see the following details:
Average Ratings: The average rating of all the reviews provided by customers. This gives agents a quick view of the customer's sentiment.
Reviews List: A list of all previous reviews by the customer, including the rating, content of the review, and the date it was written.
To view a specific review in detail or to respond to it, click on the review in the list. This will open the Growave reviews page in a new tab.
