How to set up Rephrase on Freshchat?


In Freshchat, Admin can set up Freddy AI features by following these simple steps:

1. Go to admin settings-> and click on Freddy AI

2Enable the toggle "Rephrase text", under AI Copilot to enable the Rephrase feature.

How to start using Rephrase?


1. One you enabled the feature from admin setting, you can start using the Rephrase feature in your conversations.


2. Enter the phrase/ text you wish to rephrase into the reply editor.


3. Select the text that you wish to rephrase and click on the Rephrase icon


4. The system will automatically generate a rephrased response.


5. Review the rephrased response and click on "Add" if you are happy with the response. 


6. Click "Send icon" to send it  to the intended recipient
