How to set up Freddy AI with Chat GPT in Freshchat
In Freshchat, Admin can set up Freddy GPT by following these simple steps:
1. Go to admin settings and click on Conversational AI
2. Choose the AI language model
3. Enable the toggle on ChatGPT
4. If you are using Freshworks API, choose the option Freshworks ChatGPT API
5. If you are using Other ChatGPT API, enter your Chat GPT API token and get started
How to start using Rephrase?
1. After setting up the ChatGPT integration in Freshchat, you can start using the Rephrase feature in your conversations.
2. Enter the phrase/ text you wish to rephrase into the reply editor.
3. Select the text that you wish to rephrase and click on the Rephrase icon
4. The system will automatically generate a rephrased response.
5. Review the rephrased response and click on "Add" if you are happy with the response.
6. Click "Send icon" to send it to the intended recipient
