Support agents are responsible for addressing a broad range of customer queries and concerns. Due to the nature of their role, they often have to handle large volumes of queries, which can be a daunting task. Also, in a lot of cases the customers are seeking their resolution as fast as possible, which makes the above more complicated.

Rephrase enables agents to provide quick and efficient support, by improving the clarity and effectiveness of their communication. Agents can choose to replace informal words to better formal words to showcase high quality of support.

Why rephrase text with Freddy AI in Freshchat?
