Connect your Facebook account with the CRM to automatically capture form submissions as contacts. You can then segment contacts based on the form and add them to campaigns across email, SMS, WhatsApp, and more. 


You can connect your Facebook account with the CRM from the Integrate Social Media with CRM section in the Admin Settings. When the account set up is completed, you can view the different pages related to the Facebook account. Depending on the page chosen, the forms are populated in the Forms section.




When the Facebook account is integrated with the CRM, the linked pages are loaded in the Pages setion. You can choose to segment contacts from any page or a specific page. From a specific page,you can segment contacts based on the selected form. You can choose to segment contacts based on whether or not they have submitted a form, before/after a date, or by anytime.
