You can measure the campaign performance for all your customer journeys (campaigns).


  • Navigate to Customer Journeys to see the list of all your journeys. You can instantly see a high-level statistic of the number of contacts who entered and exited your journeys.
  • Open the specific journey for which you need to see the detailed statistics across the following tabs:
    • Build: You can see the journey that you built with the journey builder.
    • TrackYou can see the statistics about each stage in your journey. Each step you've included in the journey will have a set of numbers defining the number of contacts who entered, exited, or were dropped.
    • Analytics: Get a detailed deep dive with the Analytics module. You can learn more about the various statistics here.
