How do I change my Freshchat password

If you are logged out, and you need to change your password
- Click on Forgot password > Enter your email address
- You will receive the password reset instructions in your registered email
If you are logged in, and you need to change your password
- Click your profile icon on the top right corner > Profile settings
- Click Security > Change Password to get the options to change your password
Note: You can also set up two-factor authentication from this screen.
