Prerequisite: To connect your LinkedIn form with Freshsales, access to LinkedIn Ads account is mandatory. Integrating with LinkedIn forms enables you to bring high-quality leads from LinkedIn into Freshsales. Once connected, a contact is created every time a form is submitted on LinkedIn.

Setting up the connection
Here’s how you can connect your LinkedIn forms with Freshsales:
- Go to Admin Settings > Leads, Contacts, & Accounts and click LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms.
This opens the page from where you can manage your LinkedIn forms connection.
- Click . This brings up a pop-up where you can sign into your LinkedIn account and authenticate your connection.
- Click to authenticate your account.
This connects the LinkedIn account and Freshsales, bringing up all associated Ad Accounts and Forms. - Choose the form that you would like to add and click .
This brings up all the fields to be mapped between the LinkedIn form and Freshsales.
- Map the fields between the selected LinkedIn form and Freshsales.
Be sure to map all required fields. If there are no relevant fields, create a custom field. - Click . This pushes the integration live with LinkedIn forms.
Edit field mappings
When a new field is added to Freshsales, map this field to existing LinkedIn ad forms to bring in more details from your leads. To add new fields or update existing field mappings, click > . This allows you to change the mapping between the form and Freshsales. Change field mapping and click for changes to take effect.
Disabling form sync:
To pause the connection for a form, turn the toggle off . Switch the toggle back on to resume the flow of leads between LinkedIn forms and Freshsales.
Note: When a form sync is disabled, Contacts created previously through the integration will remain.
Removing Forms:
To remove forms from Freshsales, click > This removes the form and its mappings from Freshsales.
