During the trial and after (while on the free plan), you can purchase the plan you require in a few easy steps. 

 Access Subscriptions from the switcher. You will be redirected to the My Subscription window.

Select the Buy Plan option here. You will be directed to the checkout page where you can buy the plan you are currently trialing. If you want to buy a different plan, you can do that too.

Select the Choose Plan option as shown below.  

Note: At this stage, you can also choose the Billing Frequency and Currency that suit you.

Click Continue. 

You will be redirected to add payment information. Once added, click Subscribe.

You will be redirected to your Bank’s page for 3D secure verification. Once done, you will receive a success message, and your subscription will start immediately.

• Here, you will be billed as per your chosen frequency through the saved credit card.
• If you want to opt for a different mode of payment, please write to billing@freshworks.com. Methods other than the saved credit card will be called ‘Offline modes,’ and you will be supported to access them.
