During the trial and after (while you are on the free plan), you can purchase the plan you require in a few easy steps. 

1. Access Subscriptions from the switcher, which is the multicolored icon you'd find to the bottom of your left pane. You will be redirected to the My Subscriptions window.
 


2. Select the Buy Plan option here. You will be directed to the checkout page from where you can buy the plan you are currently trialing. If you want to buy a different plan, you can do that too.



Note: At this stage, you can also choose the Billing Frequency and Currency that suit you.


3. Click Continue. 




4. You will be redirected to add payment information. Once added, click Subscribe.

From here you will be redirected to your Bank’s page for 3D secure verification. Once done, you will receive a success message and your subscription will start immediately. 

         

 Note - 

  • Here on, you will be billed as per the frequency you have chosen through the saved credit card.
  • If you want to opt for a different mode of payment, please write to billing@freshworks.com. Methods other than the saved credit card will be called ‘Offline modes’ and you will be supported to access it.
