Your Freshchat domain ID will be needed
- to log in to the Freshchat mobile app for agents
- to set up integrations from the Marketplace
Note: Only Admins can access the Freshchat domain ID
- In your Freshsales Suite web app, navigate to Admin Settings > Mobile App for Chat (under Website Tracking, Integrations, and APIs).> Freshchat domain key.
- You can now use the domain ID to log in to your Freshchat mobile app or to set up integrations on Freshchat.
