As an Admin, you may need to set up multiple pipelines to accommodate the varied sales process of your organization. Your pipelines may depend on one of these few criteria:  

  • Each sales team’s sales cycle

  • Territories

  • Products & services offered

  • Inbound or outbound sales

Set up multiple pipelines to suit your business needs. Here’s how you can set up a new sales pipeline:

  1. Go to Admin Settings > Deals & Pipelines > Pipelines.  All your existing pipelines can be found on this page.

  1. Click This brings up the ADD NEW PIPELINE slider.

  2. Fill in the details of your new pipeline. Customize the pipeline by

    1. Giving the pipeline a unique name 

    2. Create a new stage by clicking the button

    3. Assigning a probability to the stage

    4. Reordering the stages

    5. Setting a rotting age to the pipeline

    6. Select a field to view the cumulative value

  1. Click Save to create the pipeline. Your pipeline will be created.

    Your pipeline will be created. You can go back and edit the pipelines using the Edit icon.

  • New, Won and Lost are default stages for every newly added pipeline. However, they can be renamed to suit your business process.

  • A maximum of 10 pipelines can be created (depending on the plan)

  • A minimum of 3 stages is required per pipeline. There is no upper limit on the number of stages per pipeline.

Can I create two pipelines with the same name?

No! Each pipeline should have a unique name. They can have the same stages though.

Can I have two similar stages for a given pipeline?

No! Each stage in a pipeline should have a unique name.

Once you’ve successfully configured your pipelines, you can view them in the Deals tab.

You can now add deals to their relevant pipelines, helping sales reps view and work with a focused set of deals.
